I'm working on getting up a website of my portfolio to get more freelance work. I had been trying to play down the whole design/writing thing at my work in the past because I don't want them to think I'm unhappy or going to leave, but I don't think they realize my experience/skill in these things at all! So it is partially my own doing. I feel it's too late to get involved in the whole logo/website thing at this point, but I'm definitely going to suggest they let me come up with some ideas for the tagline and approach them about my desire to do this type of thing in my next review.
